Lifetime Membership VS Monthly Payments
If you are setting up or already have a business online or offline you are probably familiar with the term lifetime memberships. A lifetime membership is when you pay once for access to a product or service and get to keep it for a lifetime, or at least the lifetime of the product. Generally you will not always find lifetime memberships as often as you would find yearly or monthly memberships. The reason for this is often simple, Often it costs money for the developers to update and keep your product or service up to date and this costs them money, often on a regular basis.
Beware if doing a one off membership payments for a software, before buying it try to find out the developers past track record so that you do not buy a one hit wonder software that is here today gone tomorrow. A good developer will continually update the software so you can use it for years to come.
The best type of lifetime license to get is to a software that will be billed on an ongoing basis monthly or annually, but as a founding member you just pay a one off payment for lifetime access. This will possibly save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars over the lifetime of the software.
The Good News – Sometimes an offer for a software that you will want or need will appear with a lifetime licence when you see it grab it.
The Bad News – Often the software you want will be billed monthly or annually on an ongoing basis and there is no way around that. If you don’t grab these lifetime offers quick they disappear forever in many cases.
As I write this post there is an amazing offer for lifetime membership to a list building and CTA software that will be billed monthly or annually soon when this offer ends. I grabbed it as soon as I saw it and you probably should too.
